The country which accepts the greatest number of foreign students in the world is the United States. Among all foreign students, Chinese students exceeded over 230 thousands in 2013 according to the Institution of international Education report in 2013. The country with the most foreign students studying abroad to the United States
are China.
How should we Japanese think of the tremendous number of Chinese students going on to Universities or Colleges in the United States?
Many excellent personnels outflowed by the time of the Great Cultural Revolution and the Tiananmen Square incident. Some people still think that outflow of the excellent personnels is unstoppable by judging from these cultural incidents in China.
On the other hand, there might be people who think that almost all the students able to study abroad to the United States must be the children of executives of Chinese Communist Party so they haven't experienced difficulties about education since they were young. However, estimating these facts, the students who have those backgrounds are thought to be around 10000 at very most.
Most of the Chinese students studying abroad to the United States are intelligent and excellent. They study very hard to prepare for having some success in the world.
Japanese students coming back from United States said Chinese students had studied all day long as much as they had freed themselves from every temptation by force. They made very hard decision to be one of leaders in China.
They made excellent results in Universities of the United States. Thinking of what they do after graduation from those Universities , most of Chinese students would choose the way back to China because of the economic growth rate in the United States which is 2 to 3 per cent in contrast to that rate in China which is 7 to 8 per cent.
These actuality will make Chinese economy accelerate all the more because working or opening business in China is more prospective and better probability for them to aim to success
